Default MMS option not available on 8700 ?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm going to assume this is SIM card related, but i'm up here in Poland using ERA which for sure supports MMS because a lot of their phones have cameras, etc and I have a flyer right in front of me here stating how much I pay for SMS and how much for MMS. Seems that my BB doesn't recognize that they offer this service ? Also it was not able to read the phone number off the SIM card? It simply said "unkown number" It was never entered into a SIM I beleive...so I had to enter it manually into the device.

Anyone know what could be going on? Is this an option I need to adjust on my device?

I had a similar problem when I got my 8700c on TMO. My guess is the service books, go to "options", "Advanced options" then "Service Book" and see if you have a service book called "MMS CONFIG[WAP]" if you don't then turn off your wireless, go back to "advanced options" again then to "Host routing table" and select any one of those on the list, click "register now" and turn your wireless back on, then see if you have MMS. Whenever I do this all of my service books are sent to me.

Default help mms 8700c

Can anyone tell me how to possibly enable the mms feature on the 8700c, or if there is an 3rd part client that will allow me to send attachments in an email. (yes I do know that they are not the same email and mms I was asking two questions I guess.)
