Is there any software to remotely view Blackberry display. (Ex. Netop for PC)
I am looking for some type of software for Helpdesk use. We have several uses with Blackberry's and it would make supporting easier if we could remotely see what they are seeing on their screens. We use NetOp for our PC support. Is there any software similar to this for Blackberry support?

I would have to say no. I may be wrong and am happy to be if that is the case. he closest that I think you can come is that if the device is running 4.0 device software then the newest version of JavaLoader can get screen captures from it.

Sorry Brad. No such software exists. Probably the best thing you can get is screenshots from the BlackBerry. You can download JL_Cmder (link in my signature) or BBscreen (scroll to bottom of thread).

Both are just batch files that leverage a command-line utility (JavaLoader.exe) from RIM. JL_Cmder would be for you, or anyone you trust with an extremely powerful utility. BBscreen is for the help desk and suitable to send to an end-user.

Remember, please try searching first!

Need a screenshot? ... Like JavaLoader?
Try using BBscreen .....Use JL_Cmder!
or BBScreenShooter!

Let me just add to what d_fisher stated - the BBSCREEN util is pretty amazing.

It will most definately help you to support end users. I use it to send screenshots to my users of where to find certain settings or my users send me screenshots of error messages they see.

Works great!!
