We just replaced our exchange 5.5 with a new box running exchange 2003. i had problems syching initially but after an uninstall a re install of the redirector software everything sychs o.k. But now I am unable to send emails from BB that are from the global address book - meaning any company email account. But I can send email to any other email address outside the company - google, hotmail.... Any suggestions?

A few things:

1) Did you repoint all your BIS or BES software to the new Exchange Server?
2) Is your new Exchange Server configured for Web Mail? (BIS points to that)

Those are two things I could think of that would really stop the show.
