Default who can enable the browser?

Just installed OS 4.0 on my 7230.
Called my provider in order to ask for help in enabling the browser.
Since they do not have blackberry service and do not sell the phone they were not able to help....
Can other provider enable the browser for me?

petke, another carrier can not enable the browser for you if yours cannot. You may want to get a 3rd party browser app like Reqwireless of the net.
