BlackBerry will release a pay as you talk BB Data Plan anytime soon? All I can do at the mo is text and call. I cannot email and don't have a browser but I am not looking to take out a plan with Voda UK right now. Any rumours about this at all? Or is there not much chance? Or is there any alternative to a contract?
Thank you all.

Probably not. And no alternatives that I can think of. Pay as you go would probably cause alot of issues for users and Service providers

Prob. not, Rimm releases only the hard/software, the carriers release pricing plans. If carriers are having trouble getting postpay accounts sdtraight I am betting pay as you go would be a nightmare...

Ahhh! Thank you for the replies everyone. Sorry about bumping this thread, I just didn't want to be even more annoying and start a new thread. Does anyone have a link to Vodafone UK's BlackBerry Data Plan packages? I did try to Google it. I just need to use the BB's email+browser services, so I may just have to take out a contract as I have no other choice.
Thank you all for being so helpful once again
