Hope you can shed some light on this for me.

Here is my setup.

I am using Mailstreet BES server. works fine. I also am using Redirector at my work so that work emails are forwarded to the Blackberry.

Now here's the problem. If I wish to reply to an email from the Redirector(work) I do not get a 'Send' option on the menu. Works fine when email is through my BES server account.

Any ideas why I cannot 'Send' from Redirector emails?

Try resending your Service Profile from your BWC account (blackberry.net account). That option is located under the Options or Profile tab.

Bruce to fix the send option not appearing for you, you will need to create a new MAPI profile and have the redirector use the new profile. Looks like your old one is corrupted.
