Default looping radar images

does anyone know the best program available to get a looping radar for weather. I am looking, hopefully, for someone that has it that my be able to answer a few questions.

I use My-cast.
http://www.my-cast.com
It has a java loop that has worked on all the Blackberry Handhelds that I have owned.
