Default Two questions: Russian language and two browsers

Please Login to Remove!

I have two questions: First, I have 2 browser icons on my 7100g. One is "Browser," the other is "Blackberry Browser" under "Applications." I can't see the difference between them. Anyone know why there are 2?

Second, is there any way to install language support in Russian so that my themes will display with Russian text? The 7100g OS I am using (4.1) looks like it has a number of display and input languages, including Catalan and Turkish, but no Russian.

Thanks all. This is a great forum.

Don't know about the Russian option but the two browsers use different gateways. The plain jane browser is optimized for WAP Access while the Blackberry Browser is optimized for HTML access, and if you're on a BES, it may be limited to what the BES allows.
When you focus on the second does it say Blackberry Browser or Internet Browser?

Hope this helps.

Thanks. It does help. The 2nd Browser says Blackberry browser and has a different home page.
