Alright so I am trying to list out some reasons to migrate our current BES Server from 2.25 SP2 to BES Server 4.1

Is there a readme file or anything I can use, or can you guys just start shooting me some reasons in order to justify my case? I know there are a TON of fixes out there thats coming out in 4.1, however Im sure just going from 2.25 to 3 there are version changes like crazy.

Thoughts?

Have you visited the Blackberry website and queried BES 4.1?

Off the top of my head, one of the biggest jumps you'll see (coming from a way older version) is complete wireless sync with Exchange (calendar, contacts, tasks, etc). And SMS/PIN logging.
