Default change from Optus to Cingular for (BIS)

Please Login to Remove!

hi
Appreciate if you can help me on this.

My previous SIM card was from Optus, and I registered myself https://webclient.ap.blackberry.net/...jsp?site=optus

Recently, I changed my provider to Cingular, and went to https://webclient.blackberry.net/Web...ite=mycingular to try to register for the BIS.
But, the systems said my current IMEI and PIN was in use, and thus, i cant register for cingular.

I login to https://webclient.ap.blackberry.net/...jsp?site=optus and tried to de-register, but cant find any forms that I can use.

Kindly advise.

Mr Markus.

Default

If you have an old/dead BB IMEI/PIN you should be able to go into your optus webclient and do a change handheld under the profile functions which will release it, otherwise you will need to call optus and have them delete it for you. It may take a few days, I am not sure if you can call RIM and have them do it, maybe search here for more info.
