Appreciate if you can help me on this.

My previous SIM card was from Optus, and I registered myself https://webclient.ap.blackberry.net....jsp?site=optus

Recently, I changed my provider to Cingular, and went to https://webclient.blackberry.net/We...site=mycingular to try to register for the BIS.
But, the systems said my current IMEI and PIN was in use, and thus, i cant register for cingular.

I login to https://webclient.ap.blackberry.net....jsp?site=optus and tried to de-register, but cant find any forms that I can use.

CALL your carrier support team. They can escalate your problem to the right person.

You MUST call your former carrier to release your PIN. That is, unless you have a spare/dead BB that you can transfer the Optus BWC account to.
