Default Enterprise Activation Running Twice

Please Login to Remove!

MS Exchange
Upgrade from 3.6 to 4.0 BES

The upgrade goes well, the Enterprise activation runs, and then you get the activation complete message.

When you plug the device into your pc, create a new encryption key, the enterprise activation takes off again.

Any ideas, please help.

Im guessing here but maybe your Desktop Manager is detecting your BB as a new device, since it was just upgraded to a newer version, and its running EA again as if it was the first time.

Running EA again is not a bad thing - I did it to one of my users who tried to install an non business application on his and it lost all his settings.

I hope this helps!
