Lets say i want to keep all contacts A-K in address book 1 and all contacts L-Z in address book 2. Can i do this on Blackberry or all of my contacts can only be in one gigantic list? Any way at all of segmenting them at least so that they are in the same list but i can easily access different parts of the list?

You can differentiate contacts into a business or personal category. Or create your own category....

In the address book, open a contact. Edit the contact and scroll down to "categories". Click the wheel and select "add" category. Or check either business or personal...

Is there a certain reason you need this? If you have a ton of contacts just use the search feature by typing the first letter or letters and it will narrow your search. You can also assign each half to a different group
