Me again...the one who got her phone on E-Bay.

I switched the phone over from my old phone to this one. I did not buy the e-mail and such for it yet (that is $50 more a month). Now, because I did not buy the e-mail stuff does that mean my Bluetooth cannot be enabled??

Next question, is there a 'Delete All'?? The person that I bought the phone from on E-bay left a bunch of messages and stuff (not so nice ones I might add) and his phone numbers. Is there an easier way to delete them other than going message by message? I will be here all year!

How do you get the Brick game to work? It gives me directions on playing but no button I can find starts it?

Last question, for now, (call me blonde) what is the CD for? I know I hook the phone up to my computer but does it do anything more than to download my calender and such?

If the device has v4.x software on it, you can just do a 'wipe handheld' to delete all of the data (won't delete any applications). Check under Options > Security Options > General Settings > click the wheel and click Wipe Handheld.

I do not have that option. Under the Security it just gives me Password, Sercurity Timeout, Lock Handheld, Component Protection and Content Compression.

Sounds like you're pre version 4.0. You could download the latest version of the software from your carriers website and install it - you're given an option to wipe the device when this is installed and it's always worth running an up to date version. Failing that choose a password in the security menu, then go back to the home screen and lock the keyboard. When you unlock the keyboard you need to enter the password - enter it incorrectly (you have 10 attempts) including entering the word 'blackberry' when prompted. The device will then wipe and reboot!!!
