Using BB7280 with OS4, what is the proper setting for this email (desktop reconciliation) option when using with BES 4.0?

Everything should be automatic.. in the device, you can check wireless reconcile is on.. and my "delete on" is handheld only.

In 4.0, even the emails you sent from outlook will appear in the BB.. very cool..
