| T-Mobile Enterprise Account and Prosumer Please Login to Remove! Hello Folks,
I seem to own a T-Mobile branded Prosumer 7230 and since Friday my company has provided me with an Enterprise Account. Our guys in the hotline set up the necessary software and drivers on my Laptop and assured me that data transfer would start immediately. Until Saturday there was no change and then I called T-Mobile Business Customers hotline in Germany (Since I live in Germany and have a German T-Mobile account). I was told that I have a Prosumer 7230 and that an Enterprise Account could not be accessed with it. Furthermore T-Mobile asked me to inform our hotline that they should change my access to a Prosumer APN.
Can anyone fill me on this with something easier to understand... I do not want to sound really uninformed when I call our hotline tomorrow.
