BLACKBERRY user issue
Blackberry keeps powering down randomly. Getting error 422
Unfortunately i don't know what model it is ?
any ideas

That is a new error for me, not sure what it means. Assuming that this BlackBerry is Java based, error messages 400-564 are page faults and you will probably need to reload the OS.

Take the battery out of the device and look at the sticker under it. The model number should be listed there.
