Default Copying Text

I'm wondering if there is a way to be able to copy multiple lines of test from an email message. I know if I hold the Cap button and use the trackwheel it will highlight the text and I can click to copy... but is there a faster way to highlight say 10 lines of text and copy instead of having to roll the trackwheel over and over until the 10 lines are highlighted

Thanks

Hold down the Alt key when you scroll to select the text.

Holding down the ALT key and scrolling just moves the cursor through the text on the 8700. Holding down the CAP/NUM button and scrolling highlights it. But doing that, you have to scroll & scroll to highlight 10 lines of text to copy. I wondered if there was a faster way to highlight 10 lines of text all at once

Try -. No need to hold the keys, just ALT-CAP, then scroll 10 lines.
