I have managed to permenantly delete my emails within MS Outlook by accident I have a backup of these emails from my blackberry and have an *.ipd file - is there any way i can get these back in to Outlook?

You could email them to yourself from the BlackBerry.

Do a RESTORE via your Desktop Manager but make sure you change your settings so that your DEVICE "WINS" over your Email System when synchronizing.
