Has anyone else had the problem of the Desktop Manager uninstalling programs that were installed OTA or using javaloader? The Desktop Manager has unistalled "Reverse Lookup" and "BerryVine Companion" a couple of times. I presume since the Desktop Manager has no record of installing the programs; it "thinks" they shouldn't be there and "helpfully" removes them.

Is there a way around this? Some programs don't come with a Desktop Manager installation option.

Thats why I do not do OTA installations. Worst case scenario for me is I download the jad or jar and convert it to cod and then install from the desktop manager always. I never have a problem with having any aps being removed. ( I used to ).
