Default Help with a Blackberry not connecting

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,
I am new, I looked around and I could not find anything on the problem I am expiriencing.

I work for small size company. IT support. We provide blackberry enterprise server service toabout 15 users all the execs.
Our email server is Exchange 2003.
Everything has been working fine, until this one guy started and he had his own blackberry and his manager requested we hook him up.
Well I installed desktop manager 316 sp2 on his laptop. Hook up his blackberry set it all up and boom he connects to the Enterprise server.
email is flowing wireless live is good. I update the desktop manager to 40030 and then again to 40033. No problem it all works.
Then 3 weeks later today he calls up his blackberry stopped working no wireless connection.
I take a look at the server its all good there, only his status is shown as initializing. everyone else is getting email and connected.
Now I got onto his laptop and reinstalled all the desktop managers. I redid his Outlook profile. I keep getting this error: Your Enterprise server does not support wireless reconciliation. What the .....
I am out of Ideas.
Anyone ever run into this?
Now I am thinking maybe his blackberry went KAPUT.
Sorry for the long post.

I assume you deleted his account from the BES, including wiping his profile data? If after that is still not working, make sure you generate 3 encryption keys in a row manually..register the device, then see if it changes.

Have you tried calling your carrier for support or RIM - if you have TSupport.
