Default Desktop Manager Problem

Please Login to Remove!

Everytime I sync my 7290 with my PC, I can only synchronise my calendar, as soon as it starts to sync my contacts the desktop manager shuts down. I have tried to re-install it, same problem again. I use Windows XP. Does anyone know how to solve that problem? Thanks

I do know that on RIM's technical support forum there are compelete uninstall instructions. I know others hav had problems pointing to the right email database with Lotus Notes. You might search the forum here and that might give you some insight too. If its giving an error message you might post that.

Try the following :
- stop all desktop manager software (manager and redirector)
- remove the "Intellisync" folder in C:\Documents and Settings\(your username)\Application Data\Research In Motion\BlackBerry

restart and retry your synchs
