Does anyone have a URL for downloading Google Talk for Blackberry outside US/Canada?

I'm in the UK and the RIM site blocks my download:

"We have determined your current location to be: UNITED KINGDOM. Unfortunately, we do not offer Google Talk for BlackBerry devices in your location at this time. "

RIM said that other locations will come on line soon.
Are you trying to download it via OTA or via a regular web browser? I don't think it'll matter though since you may be blocked either way.
