Default Blackberry can send but not receive

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user with a 7250 who can send emails from her unit, but can not receive. We use BES 3.6. I have tried removing and re-adding her. Stats indicate that messages are being forwarded, but they do not show up on her blackberry. I can also reach the unit by sending a lock, but no emails...

How about sending the service book? Sounds like her blackberry is not accepting what is being sent.

You could also check the messaging (message icon) option on the blackberry

make sure
-she didnt create a filter that blocks everything
-has email reconciliation "on"
-has send email to handheld to "on"

(it's in my 7510 menu, so might not be the same on yours)

Sounds like she could've changed a couple settings in the DTM. Go on to her PC and make sure she has changed anything in the tabs there. Make sure you look at 'Redirection' under the 'General' tab. Under filters make sure she has got 'Forward messages to the device' selected (its near the bottom). Then under 'advanced' make sure she is syncing with her inbox
