Default New BB user...

Hello,

I'm from Burlington, VT and have switched to Sprint's 7250 B-berry by suggestion of a friend and used to be on Verizon's network. I'm using the BB to communicate with other local deaf/hard of hearing people and also make calls to those who are'nt hearing-disabled.
My question to you is those in VT is if you have had any issues getting your BB activated at Sprint here? I just got it last night but it has'nt been ported over from Verizon yet and have been told by a salesman that by Monday morning, it'll be active.
It's no wonder I couldn't find the web browser or Yahoo/AIM messengers on it :/.

Unfortunatlly, Verizon cant do anything until Sprint releases the number over to them. You can always call the Verizon 800 (dont know it off the top of my head) number and push them, but I doubt it will do anything with it being 6:00 PM Saturday night. I would not expect anything to happen Sunday.

Actually, I used to have an account with Verizon..what I'm trying to do is move from my LG VX4500 phone in Verizon to a Sprint Blackberry 7250. The number from Verizon is supposed to go to Sprint last night but so far, it has'nt happened yet which is postponed until Monday and I have the BB here with me.
This is why I'm trying to figure out what may have gone wrong.
