Hello

I do not seem to have a web browser on my BB 7290, there is nothing on it at all to browse the web.

Any suggestions how to get a web browser?

Does it show GPRS (not gprs) on the top section of the screen
Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account

Hi NJ, it shows GPRS and have a dataplan with o2 (UK)

I can get my e-mail and all that just no icon for web browser.

Go into Options / Host Routing Table, click the wheel and select Register Now

See if that helps. If not, call O2.
