My company uses Lotus Notes (on my Laptop) and I have MS Outlook 2003 on my personal tablet pc. Since I do not want my tablet to access my company's network, I would like to use my Blackberry to sync with both programs. My issue is on the tablet PC, Outlook syncs everything from my blackberry, but my email. Any ideas?

I am also interested in a solution, as I have Lotus Notes on my work laptop and Outlook 2003 on my home pc. I am going nuts juggling two calendars and really need to find a means to synchronize them all on my BB 7100t (which I LUV!) Any products / solutions?

The desktop manager will not sync emails like ActiveSync does on the Win mobile platform. I don't know of any 3rd party app that will do what you are looking for.
