Default Formatting email in Lotus notes to be Blackberry friendly

Please Login to Remove!

I am being asked to prepare a daily report to send to our execs. They want to see 4 columns of data in an email that they can easily view using a BlackBerry. The problem is it looks fine to me in my Lotus Notes email, but when the user gets it, the colums do not line up. Any suggestions?? PLEASE HELP.

Default

Usually, BB receives emails in "plain-text" mode

I don't know Lotus Notes, but in Outlook, you can choose to send in plain-text
