Searched with no luck...
I got a replacement blackberry yesterday. When I go to Messages -> options -> Email reconciliation, there are NO options or submenus or headings to choose from. Anyone know how to enable so I can get choices like wireless reconciliation?

Also appears not all email accounts are working - not receiving mail from one of the accounts.

Which might not work today, since RIM has a BIS sites outage.

I have an Alltel 7250. I had no icon or System option for Enterprise activation.
I had to call Alltel's tech support. They had me set up for the Blackberry Internet Service only. They added the option for the BES, and left on the BIS option also.
I am using Echange My Mail for hosting, and I have two browser icons now.

Re-sending the service books didnt help for me. Alltel had to add the BES option. The icon appeared while still on the phone with Alltel.

Couldn't find that for Verizon - happen to know where that is located?

AH - I read that it's in the webclient setup - which has been flakey the last 3 days. I will check there when it's back up.
