Default T-Mobile BIS outage

Please Login to Remove!

Since yesterday AM I have been unable to log into BIS through the T-Mobile website. I had wanted to ad another email account.

T-Mobile customer care is aware of the problem, but no ETA on when service will be restored.

Does anyone else have any info as to the nature of the problem, when it will be restored, etc etc.

TMO customer care has not been very detailed in any of their email responses.

I called in to talk, but the wait was 15 to 20 mins to talk to a rep and I didn't have the time or patience.

There's an ongoing issue with the servers at RIM that affects a lot of users on BIS. Please see thread here:
