web client not updating...

Default web client not updating...
I'm currenlty using the Rogers web client to get my hotmail on my BB 7100.

I'm noticing that once I delete it off my rogers web client, it does not delete it on hotmail and vice versa. Is this normal? I've tried to look for a setting for the delete option, but there isn't one that applies.

I like the hotmail interface better, that's why I don't want the web client to be updated when I use hotmail to view/delete my messages
