Default Pop 3 mail

All -

I'm having a problem receiving mail on one of my Pop 3 accounts. I currently have 2 Pop accounts setup on my blackberry - one is working perfectly. The other will send, but not receive. My service is through Cingular, and it has worked perfectly for 6 months until last weekend. I logged into my Cingular Blackberry account and deleted the problem account and reinstalled, but still no luck receiving messages.

Any insight is appreciated.
