If it's just one user then it may be related to cached mode being enabled in Outlook. Make sure cached mode is disabled.

Thanks for the replay,

I have checked the BES logs for errors (i have also sent them to RIM support for help but they couldnt offere something that solved the problem) the logs indicate the following :

[30193] (02/01 16:04:11):{0xE30}Receiving calendar update from device, RefId=1601178732, Tag=182773, TransactionId=1594788078
[40000] (02/01 16:04:11):{0xE30} CDO helper 02a2df40 is not in memory
[40000] (02/01 16:04:11):{0xE30} Starting new CDO helper 02a2df40
[40574] (02/01 16:04:11):{0xD2C} CDO helper 02a2df40 started
[20025] (02/01 16:04:11):{0xD2C} {asi} CDOCalendar::Initialize - Invalid CDO timezone setting.
[40024] (02/01 16:04:11):{0xD2C} {asi} CDOCalendar::SetCDOCalendar - Calendar support not available.
[20216] (02/01 16:04:11):{0xE30} Synchronize() failed: ERR_NOT_INITIALIZED, Tag=182773
[40000] (02/01 16:04:11):{0xE30} HandleAppointmentToSynchronize-Exit-rc=Error

Any Idea on what can cause the problem i ahev tried replacing the user device and also moved the user to different BES.

Thanks In Advanced,

Maor,
