I have a coworker who is heading down to Puerto Rico in early March and we are trying to determine the best method for him to get his BB to work. From what I can tell T-Mobile roams to Cingular while in PR, and thus we would be hit with the international data rates (can someone confirm this and confirm the price for this?)

Does this mean that if he had a native Cingular BB he would be able to get data, without overage charges?

If you have a Cingular Nation plan, then most of Puerto Rico would be covered under that plan with no roaming (although you may want to verify with Cingular).

As for T-Mobile's peering from Cingular/AT&T Wireless, here's their map and prices.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and is widely regarded as a bad move.
