I believe this means "location based services" is active (GPS).

I have something similar on my 7520.

Hope this helps.

Default Phone icon on 7520

Does anyone know what the little phone icon means on the top right of the screen above the wireless coverage indicator?

That's not exactly correct. The reel-to-reel (eyeglasses-looking) icon is the indicator that there's a message. The phone icon means that you missed a call. This also means that you've elected to see phone log information in your messages list, and that you need to clear the call (mark the phone message as 'read').

You can clear the call by either opening the call message, or just selecting it from the message list and doing alt+u.

Hi I have a 7290 on a BES server, which has recently upgraded to version 4.0. Since then I have had a box with a tick appear on the mail screen of my blackberry (above the mail indicator) with the no. 3 next to it. My colleague has the same icon with with no. 15 next to it. Any ideas what this is?
