Default File System Full - 7210 Memory Issue

Please Login to Remove!

I have a memory problem on my 7210. I was attempting to install a language translsation dictionary (approx 870 kb) when I received a message that the file system was full. At that point I had two Magmic games installed and a WorldClock application. I deleted both games and I still can not install. I get the same error. I did a soft reset. I can't believe that I have no memory available, particularly after deleting the games. Any thoughts or suggestions???

Default

I see the same thing sometimes on one of my 7210's.

Try a hard reset. Pull the battery for a second or two. Especially if you are running 4.0. Soft resets don't seem to clear whatever memory hogs are taking up file space. I sometimes clear up to 3mb with a hard reset. I think it might have to do with BBToday caching the weather info, though I've yet to check. Aside from the Idokorro package I don't have anything else installed on my BB except for BBToday.
