I have received a message saying mailbox full, delete messages, I have deleted all my messages but I still keep getting this message from Quota Manager.
I can not receive messages anymore ... Can anyone help ?
Log into your BIS webpage and remove messages from there. Its not the BlackBerry that is having the problem, but the webmail account that feeds the messages to the BlackBerry.
