Default Mailbox Full Problem

Please Login to Remove!
I have received a message saying mailbox full, delete messages, I have deleted all my messages but I still keep getting this message from Quota Manager.
I can not receive messages anymore ... Can anyone help ?

did you empty your deleted items folder?

Log into your BIS webpage and remove messages from there. Its not the BlackBerry that is having the problem, but the webmail account that feeds the messages to the BlackBerry.

and set up the auto delete in your BIS acct. it will never happen again.
