Default IM Client that works with iChat accounts?

Has anybody had success using a BB IM Client with their iChat account? The account names look like "somebody@mac.com", which often trips up desktop and mobile clients.

You can use AOL but you"ll require AIM user names not .mac

Good news... I got my 8700g today, and I was able to login to my iChat/AOL IM account using my "user@mac.com" account info. I was quite pleased to say the least...

How did you do this? Are you talking about the Blackberry Messenger program? If so, how do you set it up to use AIM (AOL or .Mac)? I can't seem to find any 'settings' in the Blackberry Messenger program that will allow me to change my account to my AIM account.

I wasn't aware that there was an AIM client for BB. If so, do you know what it is?

Thanks!
