Default 7510 HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!please!!!!!!!

i'm getting a nextel/IDEN 7510 bb tomorrow from a friend. nextel doesnt sell this model anymore. but it still work's with the nextel network. but i was wondering would i still be able to keep up with the jone's? can i still keep up with the updates for the OS and everything like that?

the nextel 7510 will still work on the Sprint/Nextel iDen network just fine. it only has 16mb of memory so it will not be able to run the latest and greatest versions of the operating system.

but it does have a working shift key. The latest version of the Handheld OS for the 7510 is 4.0.2. It will not be able to run 4.1.

so it would be smarter to stop being cheap and jus go and get the 7520

Or the 7100i if you want the smaller form factor.
The 7520 has 32 MB so it can run 4.1.
