Angry Verizon CS Rant

I'd say 75+% of the time I get awesome Verizon CS support, today on the other hand this (Insert word) rep just didn't want to be bothered. She put me on hold atleast a dozen times while she tried to figure out why I had misc phone charges etc (My bb broke warranty sent a new one via mail, i hooked up an old verizon phone so they changed my plan then had to change it back and a $260 phone bill later there i was on the phone) ANYWAYS to top it off she gets flustered she can't explain to me why I was charged these charges and the next thing I know I'm hung up on (I know it wasn't disconnected because immediately I checked how many bars of service I had and it was full) Anyways to make a long story short I called back and got a very helpfull rep with a cute southern accent who fixed my issues!! But geez I mean if you don't like your job make a change for my sake! Somedays my job is stressfull but the client nevers feels it I fix it with a couple of glasses of wine later!
