Default PIN Messaging Security

If your company uses an enterprise server, do all PIN's as well as personel e-mail from your Blackberry Web Client accounts get routed through the company server? I know I've seen a program called "PIN Cushion" that allows companies to capture all PIN messages that was origionally developed for stock/financial companies. What is secure vs exposed on a company enterprise server?

Not sure about BWC, but BES 4.1 can now natively log PIN and SMS messages. I would move any personal correspondence off your BES provisioned BlackBerry.
