I've got a user who is syncing Exchange Public Folder contacts via Desktop Manager. When he gets Push to Talk calls, names are displayed for some contacts, numbers for others. I've verified that all the contacts in question are in his Address Book and have the direct connect numbers entered correctly.
His set up is: Nextel 7520 running OS 18.104.22.1683, MS Outlook 2000, Win XP machine. Phone list view is set to Call Log
Our BES server is version 22.214.171.124 on a WinServ 2003 machine running Exchange 2003
Any help is appreciated.
