Default 7100 moving nested apps to top level

Please Login to Remove!

Running 7100t with OS 4.0

I have a couple of apps I use frequently - like my Notifylink Email that require a lot of WHEEL MOVEMENTS to get to. I would like to move it to the top menu - I know how to move apps within a nested level. Is there a way to move apps UP one level to the top level.?

Thanks in advance -

This is a common question, the common answer is no. Its not possible, maybe with a future os release, or once they allow you to customize your own themes. For now though, you're out of luck.
