I downloaded a file from Handango Blackberry store called an Efile file manager for a BlackBerry 7230 running 4.0.. but now when the BB resets from installing the software, I get a JVM error 102 requiring another reset, and when I try to reset, it gets stuck on that same error over and over, and will not progress any further. Is there another way to reset a BB to wipe that software out of memory i.e. a total hard reset, or has my BlackBerry become a very nice paperweight?? I have tried resetting via pulling out the battery, and using a paper clip, but no joy. If anyone can help, please chime in.

I ultimately found the Advanced section of the App Loader of the BB Desk manager and wiped and reinstalled the OS, and now it's working just fine. Thanks.
