Hello. I know this has been posted before but I am getting delays of between 5-20 minutes on reciving mails again. I am using MailStreet and have spoken to them and they say that it is a RIM issue and is affecting other providers as well. Anyone on link2exchange having these problems as well?
Yes, but last week I was getting the issue as a link2exchange issue (from them as a problem with their exchange server that may be crossing over). My wireless sync/reconcile has been horrible and I'm often just not getting messages to my bberry that I can see via owa
We are having issues with Link2Exchange also for the past several days actually. It is getting real old actually. What is frustrating is that we are left in the dark. They don't have any mechanism to tell me where they are at. It is not until you send an email to support that they admit they are having general service issues.
They haven't said that the issue is not only theirs and maybe due to Rimm.
I am using mailstreet as well and having the same problem. It appears that everytime after I come out from the underground parking, my BB stop receiving emails, but otherwise, no problem with voice calls. When I select "reconcile now", still nothing. I end up having to turn off and turn on my 8700R.
Well link2exchange is working great on weekends, but seems Monday hits and the re-activate, remove/add BES account cycle starts again. I've *****ed to them about the lack of a status page and emailing them is pointless at times since I can often only do it from the blackberry. I'm owrking again, but I've already been to level 2 support end of last week and things conked out again today. Its odd timing as I'm hovering over suggesting them to a friend. This (last three weeks now) is the first bad service I've had from them after close to 6 mos of service.
