Default cant reply through email

my bb7290 tmo, is acting weird today. i can receive email but cant reply. while in inbox then r button/reply after im done typingin my msg then trackwheel the send option is gone.

the send option is only gone if i reply. the forward and new email works fine.

Cause 1
The Web Client [CMIME] service book is corrupt or missing from the BlackBerry device.

Resolution
Delete the service book and resend it.
Note: The steps for opening the Service Book screen differ depending on the device software and theme you are running on your device.
  1. On the Home screen, click Options or click Settings, then Options.
  2. From the Options screen, click Service Book or click Advanced Options, then Service Book.
  3. If the Web Client [CMIME] service book is listed, click it and select Delete.
  4. Click the trackwheel and select Close.
  5. Log in to your BlackBerry Internet Service™ account.
  6. On the toolbar, click Profile.
  7. Under BlackBerry Internet Service service book, click Resend Service Book.
Note: To confirm that the problem is resolved, complete the steps in the Additional Information section.

Delete the service book and resend it by generating a new encryption key.
Note: The steps for opening the Service Book screen differ depending on the device software and theme you are running on your device.
  1. On the Home screen, click Options or click Settings, then Options.
  2. From the Options screen, click Service Book or click Advanced Options, then Service Book.
  3. If the Desktop [CMIME] service book is listed, click it and select Delete.
  4. Click the trackwheel and select Close.
  5. Connect the device to the personal computer.
  6. Open BlackBerry Desktop Manager and double-click Redirector Settings.
  7. Click the Security tab.
  8. Select the Generate keys manually option.
  9. Click Generate. Move the mouse randomly to generate the new key.
  10. Click OK.
Note: To confirm that the problem is resolved, complete the steps in the Additional Information section below.

Additional Information
To confirm that the problem is resolved, complete the following steps:
  1. From your desktop email client (e.g., Microsoft® Outlook®, IBM® Lotus Notes®), send a test message to the device.
  2. After you receive the message on the device, use the Reply option to send a test reply.
  3. Send a second test message to the device.
  4. After you receive the second message, use the Forward option to forward the message.
