Question Outlook - custom field to sync? Last Contact Date

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 7130e, using outlook, with the BWC, (No BES).

One thing I want to do is to be able to enter a field in my outlook (done) named Last Contacted of date/Time type.

I want to be able to map my blackberry fields to this using the Blackberry Desktop Manager.. (when you go to edit PIM settings, then go to advanced settings for a contact.).

One thing I'd also like is to be able to develop a solution that would automatically update this (as a software developer, think of it as a timestamp on a table) so whenever I make a call, or email the contact, this will update.

If no one knows how to accomplish #1, could you please suggest if you think an SDK would be available from Blackberry to develop solution #2 ? I'm a software developer and would be interested in developing this as freeware, if anyone could give me some direction on the tools to use.

Thanks.
