Question Nextel, PRL, and 1XEV???

Ok. I just saw in anotehr thread that Sprint 7250 now runs at 1XEV by downloading a new PRL. SIlly, technical question. Does Nextel on the IDEN network have an equivalent prodcedure to download a new PRL to make the 7520 1XEV??? Am I mixing apples and oranages???

Apples and oranges.

There's no EVDO (1XEV) on the 7520. Totally different animal.

However, if you want to tether a 7520, there's a way to do it by using the third party modem emulator software from mobishark.com. It will be very slow though.

Additionally, the Sprint iDEN network does not utilize PRLs.
