Default HELP - not receiving mail associated with group/distribution list

Hello,

I am looking for some Sage advice... I have a 7250, I connect to a BES and everything works great in terms of receiving email TO: me or CC: to me. However, if someone sends an email to a group/distribution list that my email account is in my Blackberry does not receive it! I have colleagues who have the exact same model who do not have this issue. I have checked settings and cannot find anything. I have no rules forcing mail out of my inbox to another folder on the Excahge server - I am perplexed.

Any help would be appreciated!

what about filters; options>email filters?
Is it only one distribution list or are you a member of more and none gets delivered to your BlackBerry?
What if you reply to the email, does that appear on the BlackBerry?

Look in filters to be sure that there is no BCC filter.

I found that some of our devices were configured to receive all To: and Cc: emails (by having the associated filters active), and no other email!

Since discovering this, I check the Email Filters and delete any filters found, then configure the device to receive all email before giving out the device. This seems to ensure the VIPs get all their DL-addressed emails...
