A colleague of mine who has recently started using 7520 on 4.1 has a problem whereby her BB always tells her that she's approaching the limit for her mail storage - this despite her cleaning out her e-mails, messages and call logs on a daily basis. Essentially, she barely has any messages on her BB, but it tells her that she has no room left.

She uses BIS, or whatever it's called now, through Nextel.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Okay, I found the thread another guy made about it, but the problem is she's forgotten her BIS login info. Any way to work around that?

She may not have, Wireless deletetion turned on, on the BIS, basically without that on, it doesn't delete off the webclient account, its under profile, also she probably should set the auto age rules off 30 days for the inbox to around 5-10 days depending on email volume.

she can call nextel data support at 866 265 8305, ask for Blackberry Tier 2, and then they can help her

Yeah, it's all taken care of now. I have her BIS login information written down because I don't trust her to remember it. Thanks for your help. God I can't stand technophobes.
